1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the ts555 online casino and sports-betting platform, accessible at ts555.bet ("Platform"). The Platform is operated by ts555 and is made available to eligible players located in Bangladesh. References to "ts555", "we", "us", or "our" throughout this document refer to the platform operator. References to "you", "user", or "player" refer to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the Platform in any capacity.

By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not in any professional or commercial capacity. You further confirm that you are not using any automated system, software, or third-party service to access or interact with the Platform unless expressly permitted in writing by ts555.

ts555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ts555 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The version of the Terms in force at the time of any given transaction or event governs that transaction or event.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the ts555 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other document published on the Platform, these Terms prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of ts555 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain an account with ts555, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of placing bets or accessing the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf as a private individual.
• You do not hold an existing ts555 account (only one account per person is permitted).
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the ts555 Platform or had an account permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not under the influence of substances that impair judgment when placing bets.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ts555, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

ts555 carries out age and identity verification checks as part of the account registration process and prior to processing any withdrawal. Verification documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document. ts555 may suspend account access at any time pending satisfactory completion of verification checks.

Where ts555 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out above, ts555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and void any bets placed during the period of ineligibility.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account with ts555. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to claim multiple welcome bonuses or for any other reason — are a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ts555 will close the additional account(s), forfeit any bonuses credited to them, and may apply restrictions to the primary account.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. ts555 is not liable for any loss or delay arising from inaccurate registration details provided by you.

You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password for your ts555 account and for maintaining its confidentiality. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ts555 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure.

ts555 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to another person. Any attempt to do so will result in the immediate closure of the account involved and forfeiture of any balance.

ts555 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Approval of a registration application does not constitute a guarantee of ongoing access to the Platform.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

ts555 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fees are applied by ts555. Any fees imposed by your mobile financial service provider are your own responsibility.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by ts555, though individual mobile wallet transaction limits set by your provider may apply. Deposits are credited to your ts555 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. ts555 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Where verification has not been completed, ts555 will initiate the verification process before releasing funds. Verified withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 20 seconds for amounts under ৳50,000. Larger amounts may require additional review and may take up to 24 hours.

Withdrawal conditions: Funds deposited into your ts555 account and used to activate a bonus offer may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Deposits that have not been used to activate any bonus are eligible for withdrawal subject to identity verification and a standard fraud-prevention review. ts555 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal where there is a reasonable concern about the source of funds or account activity.

• Withdrawal requests may be declined where the account is subject to an ongoing investigation.
• ts555 does not accept payments from third parties. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• ts555 will return funds to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ts555 offers various bonus and promotional offers to new and existing account holders, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as BPL season, Eid, and the T20 World Cup. All such offers are subject to specific terms that are displayed in full at the time the offer is presented. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that offer.

Wagering requirements: Most bonus offers at ts555 carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (for example, 20x). This means you must wager an amount equal to the bonus sum multiplied by the stated figure before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is always stated clearly before you accept the bonus.

Game contribution: Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports bets, slot games, fishing arcade games, and live casino games may carry different contribution percentages. The contribution rates applicable to each active promotion are published in the promotion's specific terms.

• ts555 bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and must not be exploited through systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second account is a violation of these Terms.
• ts555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not affect any active bonus already in progress on a player's account.
• Bonuses awarded in error will be removed from the relevant account. Any winnings generated from an erroneously awarded bonus may also be voided.
• ts555 does not permit the transfer of bonus funds between accounts.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the ts555 Platform are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published elsewhere on the Platform. In the event of a conflict, the sport-specific or game-specific rules take precedence.

Acceptance of bets: A bet is only accepted and binding once ts555 has confirmed it via a bet confirmation notification in your account. ts555 reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed using odds that were published due to a technical error, odds that were manifestly incorrect relative to market prices, or bets that trigger ts555's fraud detection protocols.

Bet settlement: All bets are settled at the odds confirmed at the time the bet was accepted. ts555 does not adjust odds after a bet has been confirmed. Results are settled using official sources for each sport or game. For cricket, the official match result as declared by the ICC or the relevant domestic board is used. For live dealer casino games, the result recorded by the studio's system at the time of play is final.

Errors and technical issues: In the event of a platform error, network disruption, or game malfunction that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, ts555 reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and return the stake to the player's account balance. ts555 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of a technical disruption beyond its reasonable control.

• The use of automated betting software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or mathematical errors in published odds for the purpose of guaranteed profit ("arbing" in a manner that exploits pricing errors) is prohibited.
• ts555 sets maximum payout limits per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. Bets that exceed the maximum payout threshold will be capped at the stated limit.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice, for example following a significant event in a match or a technical issue with the data feed.

7 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of ts555, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening more than one ts555 account.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your ts555 account.
• Using the Platform in connection with any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the ts555 Platform or its software.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or using insider information in connection with sports betting.
• Using the Platform in a manner that disrupts other users' experience or places undue load on ts555's infrastructure.
• Posting or transmitting offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content via any communication feature on the Platform.

ts555 employs fraud detection and anti-money-laundering systems that monitor account activity continuously. Where unusual patterns are detected, ts555 may request additional documentation from the account holder, temporarily restrict account activity, or refer the matter to appropriate authorities. Cooperation with such requests is a condition of continued account access.

ts555 reserves the right to share account information with law enforcement, financial regulators, and other relevant bodies where required by applicable law or where ts555 believes such disclosure is necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

ts555 may suspend or permanently close any account at any time where ts555 has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, is occurring, or is likely to occur. ts555 may also suspend an account pending the outcome of an investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity.

Voluntary closure: You may request the closure of your ts555 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be settled and any active bonuses will be forfeited. If your reason for requesting account closure is related to problem gambling, ts555 will treat the closure as a self-exclusion and apply appropriate safeguards.

Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is causing harm may request self-exclusion from ts555 at any time. A self-exclusion request will result in your account being closed and ts555 taking reasonable steps to prevent new accounts being opened by the same individual. Self-exclusion periods are available from a minimum of six months to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, ts555 will not send any marketing communications to the excluded player.

Balance on closure: Where an account is closed at your request and no breach of these Terms has occurred, any verified balance remaining on the account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method within five business days. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ts555 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in line with its anti-fraud and responsible gaming policies.
